It’s September, which for us here at Bolters at Dawn means we are prime time BOLTERCON season. Events are filling up at a steady, inexorable, and relentless pace as time marches on towards November 13th -16th, 2025. Terrain is being manifest, armies being painted, and lists being built. I mean to fully alarm you that BOLTERCON is a mere 59 calendar days away from this moment. Are you measuring your models per day KPIs burndown? Is it an alarming number? Aside for the normal flow, this is ALSO the time where the event and VIP shirt designs are finalized! AND AND AND we’re excited to announce vendors attending our annual throw down – Fold Forge and Level A Nerd!

Event Shirt and VIP Shirt Designs

Each BOLTERCON is uniquely themed by our staff – it’s a ton of work and is worth it as each year is special & distinct. And how do you commemorate special things? Well, you get the t-shirt! We’re pleased to announce our BOLTERCON 2025 Event Shirt that is available for purchase in our online store. Buy today and pickup at BOLTERCON 2025 in November !

We’ve been able to hold prices steady in a world where that isn’t usually the case. Orders placed before October 13th will be $25 and handed to you at BOLTERCON 2025 in November. We will also be offering shirts at the event for $30, but once they’re gone they are gone (and we can’t guarantee your size will be there either). Don’t miss out and grab yours IMMEDIATELY.

Now we want to honor our most blessed regulation ticket holders: the VIPs! We have a dope shirt that sets you apart from the average attendee or passerby who has the widely available (and still exceedingly hype, see above) Event Shirt. Extremely limited supply and only included in the VIP gift bags (oh so much more in there) – so gaze upon it and imagine wearing it while experiencing all the other blessings of being a VIP (like helping us pay the bills).

Important note – this is only available to VIP ticket holders and we will not be able to guarantee the size if you upgrade your BOLTERCON experience to the blessed VIP registration. Vendors – Fold Forge and Level A Nerd

The biggest BOLTERCON ever will be even better with the addition of a couple vendors in the hall! We’re excited to welcome Fold Forge to their first BOLTERCON! Makers of high quality terrain that’s easy to fold & store, Fold Forge is absolutely killing it in the terrain world. As seen on Play on Tabletop, this stuff looks amazing when painted up and still conforms to the straitjacket of competitive terrain:

We also stoked to welcome frequent BOLTERCON attendees that have been a fixture of previous years bringing the heat as Level A Nerd this year. What do they have in store? First, they’ve identified a real need for supplies and consumables throughout the 4 day BOLTERCON event and will be offering something of an aid station. Second, they’re excited to provide a super dope Trench Crusade demo experience on an amazing board.

They are hard at work (like everyone during BOLTERCON season) on their terrain and preparations for hosting all the Trench Crusading we can handle. Who knows – maybe there are Trench Crusade events being worked on for 2026 in the Bolters at Dawn clubhouse.
